Yeah, I have good managers. As it's a rotation program, I currently have a team manager and my rotation manager. They're both really good and listen to what I say and not take everything too seriously. Always keeping it playful unless the work gets serious

They are great mentors. In the beginning, a little more guidance would be appreciated but that could be better communicated by myself. I think looking after a new graduate is a large additional workload for anyone especially in such a small team that has a lot on their plate so I think everyone has done a great job and I feel like they have a lot of confidence in me.
